Annie Wersching
Annie Wersching (born March 28 1977) is an American actor who is known for her performance as Renee Walker in the American television show 24 as well as the voice work and motion capture for the character of Tess in the video game The Last of Us. Wersching was born in St. Louis, Missouri and raised there. She graduated in the year 1995 from Crossroads College Preparatory School. Star Trek: Enterprise was her first acting gig. She was able to appear in guest roles on shows such as Charmed as well as Killer Instinct, Charmed and Supernatural. She played Amelia Joffe, a recurring character in ABC's soap show General Hospital from March 2007 through November 2007. She has also worked in theaters like Victory Gardens and Marriott Lincolnshire. In her early years she was a competitive dancer in Irish dance and was part of the St. Louis Celtic Stepdancers. She graduated in 1999 with a Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts in Musical Theater from Millikin University. After her stint on 24 for two seasons, Wersching was a guest actor on various shows, including Rizzoli and Islands, Hawaii Five-0 and Body of Proof. She also starred in Dallas, Revolution Castle, Blue Bloods, The Vampire Diaries, Touch, which stars her 24 co-star Kiefer Sultrland. She was a regular on the Amazon Prime crime-show Bosch's first season in 2014. Wersching was the catcher for the National League during the 2009 Taco Bell All-Star Legends, Celebrity Softball Game. Wersching also played the role of Tess in The Last of Us on PlayStation 3. Geoff Keighley had teased Wersching's character via Twitter prior to the time it was revealed in the Spike Video Game Awards trailer, December 7, 2012. Wersching will be playing the Borg queen in Star Trek: Picard.
